These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with Cookie High ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through our website, social media, or any other ordering platform, you agree to these terms.

1. About Cookie High

Cookie High is a small South Australian business producing baked goods made to order and sold directly to consumers.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including due to pricing errors, supply issues, or suspected misuse.

  • Once an order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Prices include GST where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

4. Allergens and Dietary Information

  • Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including (but not limited to) gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

  • While care is taken, we cannot guarantee products are free from traces of allergens.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and assess suitability before ordering.

5. Delivery and Collection

  • Delivery areas, fees, and timeframes will be communicated at the time of ordering.

  • Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

  • If local pick-up is offered, collection details will be provided once an order is confirmed.

  • Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once delivered or collected.

6. Storage and Consumption

  • Our cookies are baked fresh and are best enjoyed within the recommended time provided.

  • Cookie High is not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery or collection.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not offered for change of mind.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection with details and photos where possible.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be offered at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, branding, and logos associated with Cookie High remain our property and must not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Cookie High is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or consumption of our products.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

  • We collect and use personal information only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with customers.

  • We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required to complete your order.

  • The version in effect at the time of ordering will apply.
